ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS




  • ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PROOFS OF RESINDENCY IN ANGELES CITY
    1. Barangay Certificate of Residence
    2. A Copy of Comelec voter's ID of Student Applicant
    3. A Copy of Comelec voter's ID of Student Applicant's Parent

  • RECENT 2X2 PICTURE ON WHITE BACKGROUND AND WITH NAME TAG

  • C. PROOF OF GRADES
    1. For Current Grade 12 Students
      • • A Copy of grades for atleast Two Grading Periods.
      • • A copy of Report Card (FORM 138).
    2. For ALS Passers
      • • A Copy Certificate of Rating Indicating "ELIGIBLE FOR COLLEGE ADMISSION".
    3. For High School Graduates of 2016 or Earlier Years (Atleast 1)
      • • A Copy of Report Card (FORM 138).
      • • A Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA)
      • • FORM 137
    4. For College Undergraduates Willing to Start as Freshmen
      • • A Certificate of Grades From The School Last Attended

    WHO CAN APPLY?

    • • Current Grade 12 Students Expected To Graduate This 2023.
    • • Grade 12 Graduates.
    • • Alternative Learning Systems (ALS) Passers With Certificate of Rating Indicating "ELIGIBLE FOR COLLEGE ADMISSION".
    • • High School Graduates of 2016 or Earlier Years.
    • • College Undergraduates Willing to Start as Freshmen.
